Medical inflatable tents, also known as cotton tents or civilian tents, belong to a type of tent primarily used for emergency relief,

field training, and short-term medical service operations.

The design of the medical inflatable tent is based on the principles of structural mechanics,

utilizing the pressure characteristics of gas to inflate the airbags and form a rigid cylindrical structure,

which then supports the tent's framework through organic combination.

The strength of the framework material determines the weight-bearing capacity of the tent,

while the quality of the high-performance coating determines the lifespan and rigidity maintenance of the framework.

The rationality of the air chamber setting determines the ultimate limit of this framework's support.

The setup and dismantling process is relatively simple and quick, taking around 3-10 minutes to inflate completely.

It can be installed or dismantled in a short amount of time, thus saving valuable time. Adding cotton or insulation can enhance its thermal performance.

Fabric: Oxford cloth, double-layer PVC synthetic fiber tarpaulin

Inflatable column material: PVC-coated polyester interwoven fabric

Inflation time: 2-10 minutes (varies with tent size)

Temperature range: -45°C to +65°C

Wind resistance: Grade 6-8

Waterproof rating: 160-200mm

Static water pressure: Static water pressure ≥16kpa

Advantages

The product is produced using a combination of adhesive bonding and high-frequency heat sealing techniques.

The air column is made of PVC double-coated fabric, and the canopy fabric is made of waterproof and UV-resistant materials.

It has the advantages of fast molding, high strength, flame resistance, mildew resistance, UV resistance, and moisture resistance.

The tent is an inflatable tent with an air column structure as its framework,

which is lighter in weight and has a smaller folded volume, making it convenient and easy to carry compared to general metal frame tents.

Precautions

1. Before setting up the medical tent, carefully survey the terrain. Avoid setting up the tent above rolling stones, rolling wood, or weathered rocks.

2. Do not set up the tent near riverbanks or on dried riverbeds during the rainy season.

3. To prevent lightning strikes, do not set up the tent on mountaintops or open fields.

When installing on muddy or sandy ground, dig drainage ditches around the tent to ensure a dry interior.

4. If cooking inside the tent is necessary, keep the flames away from the tent fabric or use fire-resistant boards to isolate the flames.

Do not leave the tent unattended while cooking. Have a fire extinguishing plan in place and install exhaust fans to remove cooking fumes.

5. If the local wind force is expected to exceed grade 8, remove the tent in advance.
